Redraw? No. Re-CUT!

I dunno what compelled me to do this, but I'm so satisfied with how it turned out. I figured that Corrupt!Cagney's colors would be muddied a bit, like a dying or wilted flower. I guess this is a surprise gift for NinjaHaku21 (except it's not really a surprise cuz I asked her on tumblr if she's okay with panel redraws.)
